The Dynamic Yoga Training Method is a sophisticated and sensitive approach to structural, energetic and spiritual integration. Based directly on the inherent intelligence of the body it uses slow,  fluid, rhythmic movement to awaken muscles, open joints and release the breath. The dynamic slowness of the method allows me to make sustained contact on any part of the body to amplify and release energy.


I also specialise in children’s yoga classes, in schools, hopsitals or private.
